First of all, it is recommended to clarify the green tax relief provisions for packaging recycling. Well-known e-commerce brands can set up a special packaging management department and work with the logistics management department to form a packaging waste management operation on the e-commerce platform. Can be derived from the packaging manufacturing center, technical research and development, such as the use of straw, toilet paper production, so easy to recycle and then use. For example, the United States has formed a series of well-known carton manufacturers such as Tetra Pak, Airopak, and SIG Combibloc. This shows that this market has a manageable approach and model.

Second, design a mandatory recycling policy. The e-commerce platform can entrust logistics companies to set recycling targets and deadlines for different packaging waste within their jurisdiction. In the “Double 11” express delivery period, it is mandatory for merchants, e-commerce platforms, and logistics to jointly take responsibility for courier package recycling. In this regard, we can learn from Germany's "green point" recycling method, that is, a "green dot" logo is uniformly printed on the express package of goods. At that time, the company that reclaims the express package will be disposed of and paid by the e-commerce platform.

Third, explore the "shared box" model. During the "Double 11" period in 2017, several cities such as Hangzhou, Chongqing, Shenzhen, and Jinan began to use "shared packaging boxes." The box can be folded back to the logistics warehouse and reused for easy handling and carrying. The courier can pick up the delivery when it comes to delivery. This model can greatly reduce the cost of courier packaging.
